How would you architect a reliable and scalable system to rapidly deploy user preferences around the world to hundreds or thousands of servers quickly? How would it be remain stable in the face of various fail cases?

Industry Leading DNS Performance — We constantly strive to run the industry leading DNS servers in terms of capabilities and performance.
